WebIf you don't know, the seamless HD project is like a "remaster" of sorts for the original RE2 and 3. My issue is I have the higher res back grounds but I cant figure out how to get the higher quality fmvs and to get the game to run at 60fps WebDude, your best option rn is the HD seamless project. For some reason it runs on 24-30 fps on my PC (I run the remake at 60 fps on fairly high settings and a bit of upscale, for reference) but it's reported to run of 60 fps. Either way it looks gorgeous and it's a bug free and beautiful way to experience the game. WebRE3 has a more cohesive design on the whole.
