WebSlight correction if I may, JWatson24. Darwin was bombed about 50 times. Other raids hit targets around Darwin. The town of Katherine close by, was bombed. Be that as it may, the raids on Darwin and the Northern Territory have no place on this list. Amusing, little story for you. My maternal grandfather was in the RAAF.
