WebThe mouse works if plugged in the cable but if I try to go wireless it says not detected. The device manager also says HID-Compliant mouse, I was able to find out that it should be Pro Gaming Mouse which probably means the drivers have something to do it. WebRight-click and select Uninstall Device . Check Delete the driver software for this device and then click Uninstall . Unplug the device and plug it back into a different USB port. It should re-enumerate and be detected in G HUB. G HUB should then download the driver for your device. If issues persist:
